Shipping & returns
JD-Musik's shipping policy only applies to orders placed via www.jonasderksen.com. Please note that JD-Musik only takes back products that have been purchased on his own website. The respective retailer is responsible for products that have been purchased at other points of sale.
If you placed your order at one of my authorized JD-Musik dealers, please contact them for further details.
JD-Musik sends your goods exclusively with Deutsche Post (DHL). In general the delivery time within Germany is from 3-5 working days. Delivery time within Europe is up to 14 working days. International deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks.
Orders are dispatched as bulk order on Mondays; holidays are excluded. The order will then being dispatched on the next possible day. Please note that bad weather, high shopping seasons or public holidays can delay the delivery of your order.
Shipping within Germany costs depending on the weight of the entire order (up to 500g = 3 €, up to 1000g = 5 € and from 1000g = 6 €)
Shipping outside Germany costs depending on the weight of the entire order (up to 500g = 5 €, up to 1000g = 9.50 € and from 1000g = 21 €)
Please note that delivery to a packing station or post office is not permitted.
Order change / cancellation
If you want to cancel your order that has already been sent, you have the following options:
You can make use of your right of return. You can see the necessary steps under Returns.
You can refuse your goods upon delivery. This will return your entire order to the sender. As soon as your goods arrive at our warehouse, the refund will be made. Please note that this is only possible if you refuse to accept the entire order. You can then place a new order as usual at www.jonasderksen.com.
If you are not satisfied with your JD-Musik products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.
If an article is damaged or incorrectly delivered or if parts are missing, please contact us immediately using the contact form on our website www.jonasderksen.com.
Please inform JD-Musik about incorrectly delivered or damaged items as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the delivery, so that we can process the refund.
Which items can be returned?
JD-Musik only takes back items that have been purchased through our website. We do not accept products that you have bought from another retailer.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
All returned items MUST BE:
are in their original condition;
be in the original packaging;
be complete (including all parts, accessories, etc.).
Important information about your return
The return of goods is free of charge for you, provided that you comply with the terms and conditions.
Please follow the steps below for your return:
By completing the contact form, explain your reimbursement request
You will receive an email confirming your refund within 2-3 working days
Attached is a return label to be printed out
You bring the goods to the DHL shop in their original packaging
After receipt of the goods, the refund will be made to your chosen payment method

Promotional and bonus gifts: All products (whether damaged or intact) must be returned in their original packaging including all packaging materials, instructions for use and all other parts included in the scope of delivery. As a prerequisite for a refund, free gifts, giveaways, bonus gifts or other purchase gifts must also be returned
